Refund Policy

• Eligibility
  Refunds are available for hosting services within the first 30 days of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund.

• Deduction
  A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount during the refund process. This fee covers transaction and administrative costs.

• Processing Time
  Refund requests will be processed within 48 hours. Once approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
